Sure miss the Big Man.
The first time I worked Springsteen was 2 shows in 1 day at the Guthrie, 800 seats. The hallway by Bruce’s dressing room was full of his ‘advisers’. It looked like a casting call for THE GODFATHER.
The next week, he was on the cover of TIME and he disappeared from view for a while. He took the time off to rid himself of his ‘advisers . Needless to say I worked him many times since but always in a large venue.
